Details: Breaking ground to grilling steaks in 5 days. Elevated deck built entirely of
green-treated lumber and integrated into existing landscaping.

- Work with municipalities to get codes/standards, submit plans, and get all necessary permits
- Prep house/yard for new deck, including digging holes and pouring concrete (tear down of existing deck is extra)
- Procurement and handling of all materials
- Cedar Wrapping (hides unsightly joists)
- Square, green-treated balusters that span top-plate to deck boards
- Single stair opening
- Finely sanded top-plates (flat portion of railings)
- Routed top-plates (providing a soft, curved edge)
- Completion of all constructions to high-standards listed below

Building Standards:
Our decks are built to last, far surpassing municipal building codes. We use:
- 6x6 Posts (Code=4x4)
- 2x10 Beams/Joists Minimum (Code=2x8)
- 2x6 Top Cap (2x4 is standard)
- Lag Bolts every 16"-on-center (Code=every 30")
- Hot-dipped, galvanized hardware
- Grade #1 Lumber
